Shingles - Cure

I came down with a case of Shingles. I had heard that Olive Extract works wonders with Shingles. I'm not sure how long I had the Shingles before I finally figured out what was going on with my back.

The pain was just setting in and seemed to be getting worse so I started taking Olive Leaf Extract and almost immediately the pain subsided and soon totally vanished.

Unfortunately I believe I started the Olive Leaf a little too soon to stop the rash from coming on. But at least there was no pain and the rash slowly went away with this being just a nuisance instead of a Horrible ordeal like some go through with Shingles.

Post herpertic syndrome

A form of neuralgia IS indeed caused by nerve damage. Damage varies for each person with severity, age, etc. In patient terms, signals are jumping across breaks in nerves which might feel like a twitch or tingling.
My case of postherpetic neuralgia was severe as the shingles crossed into a 2nd nerve affecting from mid back to knee. After all normal prescriptions, I ended up on a very strong medication. Fortunately, my doctor was a very good advocate and fought persistently with my insurer to keep me on the med that worked.

Question:
I've had shingles for at least 3 weeks.

I've been on medicine from the doctor,the rash has gone away but the pain has persisted.
It's the nerve endings and thats the problem/how does one heal the nerves that have been damaged by the virus?

Answer:
I may be wrong about when nerves are damaged, but some people seem to get pain relief from Olive leaf extract. It is an anti-inflammatory and also possibly the virus is still at work in the nerves in your case.

It's worth trying Olive leaf - it seems to get everywhere in your body.

Cold Sores

Since summer, I was having severe herpes outbreaks (cold sores) on my lips, that wouldn't easily heal, even with the famous Acyclovir cream.
An outbreak would stay for 3 weeks, up to 1 month, and to be back in a week or 2 weeks. As I was searching for natural ways to boost the immune system and flush out viruses, my eyes got to Olive leaf extract. I ordered it and gave it a try and it really works.

As I got my supplement, an outbreak was beginning, I believed in this natural supplement, and I took 6 capsules per day, in divided dose (instead of the instructions of 3 capsules), at the end of the day, I would have NO outbreak.
I continue using this suppelement daily, and since then, even under stress and in a cold weather where I live, I didnt have any outbreak!

Even free of colds and flu. For Herpes 1 virus, I advice to combine Olive leaf extract, with a Lysine supplement and lots of water.

As we know herpes is a life long infection that is present in more than 90% of the population.

I used to have 1 or 2 outbreaks every year. Now I don't get any at all, mainly after I began using Olive leaf extract.

Once I had that tingling and redness on my lip, I knew the sign, as herpes labialis, and it didn't even pop out, just by taking a higher dose Olive leaf extract and lysine.

I believe in Olive leaf!

Olive leaf cured my son from Herpes

My son Josef is infected by Herpes in his lip every now and then. I stareted treating it by ignoring it. I said may be it will go away by itself .... It did but it took more than a week and it was very painful for hiim .
Next time I used zovirax. It was cured in four days.
Last, I decided to use freshly ground olive leaves. It took half a day to be cured from the pain and the swelling and another half to dry and dissapear.
Now, I used it twice and it had never missed .... Same effect every time with same duration to subside and disappear.
