I caught a cold almost a year and a half ago from work.
Everyone was complaining they had a sinus infection. In my case I just had a lingering thick but clear discharge from my nose.
I have had some dental issues that I couldn't afford to take care of, so I figured it was my teeth. It got very bad where I thought I had an abscessed tooth. It turned out I had a sinus infection.
Went to the dentist and he didn't see anything on the ex-ray. I had been taking 250mg twice a day for about three weeks and my mouth hurt so bad I couldn't stand it at times.
I thought this isn't working so looked it up and decided I wasn't taking enough. I upped the dose and felt even worse for about 5 days and then it started to subside.
I have had dental work done but I am convinced that this has worked for me.
I started taking 225 MG as stated in the dose recommended part of this. I am still fighting this but it has improved so much that I'm a believer.
My advise would be to take the recommended amount listed here as the bottle I had said take 2 pills a day at 250 Mg a day. I am now taking 500mg a day 3 times a day. Working for me

My 6 year old son used to get sick all the time.
He also had a really bad chronic cough that would flare up in the middle of the night. He was having bad sinus problems, on top of that he'd get respiratory and ear infections too.
We had taken him to the doctors and even an allergist, but nothing really worked and I was at wits end.
One day I decided to go to the herbal store and get an Olive Leaf tincture. To my amazement it worked quickly and miraculously at getting rid of his chronic coughing as well as the sinus problems, congestion, and overall he stopped getting sick.
I am so happy to have learned about the olive leaf and its powerful healing properties. I keep it on hand stocked at home at all times and am grateful that such a thing even exists.
