Question:
Just wondering if there's anything other than drinking water and reducing the dose that I can do to reduce my side effects?
Answer:
If you have uncomfortable side-effects it would depend on those side-effects as to what you could do.
If you were trying to get over a cold for example, you could have the pain-killers you would normally have for headaches etc.
If you are on other medication, there could be a clash, although this is unlikely unless it was heart medication or insulin for a diabetic. In this case you would need to discontinue use or discuss it with your doctor.
Side-effects are generally not severe, so I would definitely reduce dosage or stop for a few days if they were more than uncomfortable.

I guess I am classically in the hypertensive range for my blood pressure. I do not want to go on medication. So when I heard of this I wanted to try it.
I wonder if I took too much. I took two big Tablespoons twice a day.
Yesterday I spent most of the night and day in the bathroom. I never got rid of this much liquid from my system...did I take too much of it/ or did I have some sort of bacteria that it was trying to kill? Anyone else experiece this. I also had a terrible headache....
Answer:
It appears to be a Herxheimer reaction.
I would suggest halving that dosage for a few days until you are over the detox reaction and drink plenty of water, then monitor your blood pressure.
You should feel great once this is over (3-4 days max.)
You may or may not need to increase the dosage again.
I assume you are not yet on blood pressure medication.
