Question:
Can you still take olive leaf if you're already taking antibiotics?
Answer:
Generally speaking, there is no proven reason why you should not.
Maybe check with your doctor first if there are specific reasons why you in particular should not take both.
If s/he does not know, try with small doses first.

Is olive leaf extract safe to use if person is taking meds for high blood pressure, pain meds and anti anxiety meds?
Answer:
It is best to get your doctor to okay this.
Olive leaf has fairly potent blood-pressure lowering capabilities which may throw your dosage of the other medication out.

Answer:
If you mean one straight after another, I wouldn't recommend it.
If you mean concurrently then;
If you are on medication from your doctor, inform him/her of your intentions first so your progress can be monitored.
Then start with good quality leaves in a tea or organic olive leaf capsules containing no concentrated extract.
Monitor progress for a few weeks.
If everything stays under control, you could start on an extract, but increasing dosage very gradually.
Don't leave anything to chance, but have your doctor monitor your progress/alter dosage of drugs as he/she sees fit.
