Thank you so much for your advice. I have been suffering from chronic UTI’s for years due to endometriosis and a disfigured bladder. My symptoms are almost identical to yours, except I have no energy and my urine is odorless. My question is how long did it take before your urine was no longer cloudy? I’m on day 3 of the Olive leaf and Tumeric and there is an improvement but it’s still quite cloudy. Thanks so much!
Currently taking olive leaf extract capsules by: Anonymous
I'm currently trying this, taking two olive leaf extract capsules daily. I've had a bladder infection for over a month I do not want to take antibiotics for I have had 5 urinary tract infections this year already. I will let you know what happens
OLE helps by: Anonymous
Thank you for your tip! I have around 6-7 UTIs a year and antibiotics only help for 2 weeks then it would come back. I was feeling depressed and frustrated, when I found the OLE tip. For me cranberry pills never helped, but after taking only 2 capsules of OLE daily, my symptoms went away. My boyfriend didn't believe it was because of a "supplement", because it could not possibly kill bacteria and he said it must be placebo effect... Yeah right, because from the antibiotics and cranberry pills didn't give me any placebo effects... Anyhow, HIGHLY recommend OLE capsules.

Great testimonial - thanks for that. It's amazing how well the "placebo effect" works when one uses olive leaf extract. It even kills certain bacteria in a petri-dish (we tested ours)and inhibits the replication of others - so the "placebo effect" works on bacteria as well! (Someone must have told them they were gonna die) :)
Seriously though, we've had some very good feedback regarding UTI's and olive leaf extract.
Many people think it's thanks to the placebo effect but forget that often new medicines and drugs are initially derived from herbs, then the main supposed active ingredient/s are manufactured synthetically and in much higher concentrations, because it's cheaper and patentable. This tends to have a "sledge-hammer" effect on your body.
The problems with this is that with herbs, many constituents work synergistically with your body to eradicate the pathogen. They can't seem to mutate around this process, while because a drug often has only one active ingredient a mutation can make it ineffective, and this is how "super-bugs" are created - especially in hospitals where the same anti-biotics are used again and again.
I'm not against all medicinal drugs, but think natural products and herbs should be used as far as possible and drugs used as a last resort. This is also safer because drugs are normally toxic and frequent use can damage your liver and other organs. (Some herbs can also be toxic, so can water, but are not generally available to buy if they are and are much more mild).
